There is a large, shared outdoor space, providing opportunities for exploration and learning in addition to a carefully considered  and  equipped indoor learning space. Children begin their inquisitive learning journey here and for those remaining at Thorverton, the transition to school is greatly enhanced by our proximity and links with the school.

The Pre School is a Registered Charity run by a pro-active parent committee who support the dedicated staff team. We receive Early Years funding from Devon County Council.

30 hour funding can also be used at our Pre-school.

Opening times, for children aged 2 – 5 years:
Times are now: Monday - Friday, 8.45am to 3.30pm
Friday transition to school from spring/summer term
